Chief Operating Officer, ANZ, New Zealand
Craig is responsible for ANZ’s Technology and Project portfolio along with Supplier Shared Services and Property functions. Craig led the New Zealand Simplification program which launched the new ANZ in October 2012. Craig has more than 27 years’ experience in financial services with senior roles in Retail and Business Banking. This includes ANZ’s acquisition of selected Royal Bank of Scotland businesses in Asia and holding senior roles within The National Bank.
Chief Investment Officer, ANZ Global Wealth
Stewart took up the position of Global Chief Investment Officer in July 2012. Prior to this he had been Chief Investment Officer for ANZ owned OnePath Australia since February 2010.
This is a new role for the business with Stewart responsible for creating a centralised investment office for ANZ’s Global Wealth Division. The function will deliver an overarching investment strategy, including responsibility for asset allocation, investment themes, investment manager and product selection and monitoring. Investment compliance, risk and analytics processes will also be delivered through a centralised governance framework. Outputs from this function will be delivered to customers across all channels in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Prior to joining OnePath Australia, Stewart spent 22 years in the investment management industry, including senior roles at BT Financial Group, Queensland Investment Corporation, Goldman Sachs, and Schroder Investment Management. He has been an analyst and fund manager for Australian and Global Equity portfolios as well as Multi-manager funds. Over his career he has been located in Sydney, Brisbane and London.
Stewart has an honours degree in economics and he is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of FINSIA.
Deputy Managing Director, ANZ Global Wealth & Private Banking
Gavin is Deputy Managing Director, Global Wealth & Private Banking, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. Gavin’s career has spanned over 30 years including senior management roles across a number of insurance and financial services companies in Australia and New Zealand.
Managing Director, ANZ Global Wealth, New Zealand
John is responsible for ANZ’s Wealth & Private Banking business in New Zealand. This part of the business provides private banking, insurance, investment, KiwiSaver and other retirement savings products and services to help New Zealanders build and protect their wealth. John’s experience includes working for ANZ's markets business for 22 years. He has held a range of senior positions in Singapore, Melbourne and New Zealand.
John is on the board of the Financial Services Council.
Managing Director, ANZ Retail, New Zealand
Kerri leads the New Zealand Retail division which includes the branch network, Contact Centres, Marketing and Product teams.
Before joining ANZ, Kerri was CEO of Global TV based in Sydney. Prior to that, she spent about 10 years with General Electric (GE) in Australia and internationally. She joined GE to lead the Portfolio Management team in the Consumer Finance business in Australasia. Other Australasian GE roles included being Chief Operating Officer for GE’s Consumer Finance business and General Manager of GE Plastics.
Kerri has almost two decades of experience in financial services, having held a variety of roles at Commonwealth Bank (CBA), within branches and at head office in Sydney. Her final position before commencing with GE was as Chief Manager Credit in CBA’s Personal Bank.
